Refund and Returns Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@vintagebrandstore.com. Please note that returns should be sent to the following address: Brugstraat 24, 6031EG, Netherlands.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first submitting a return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This will allow us to evaluate and resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishables (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom-made items (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, purchase a new item separately.

European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you when we have received and inspected your return and will let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will automatically be refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
